She is widely reputed for the production of high-quality project, cost and construction management with her outputs displaying a high level of finesse and attention to detail. She has received recognition from Safaricom Investment Cooperative (SIC) for their flagship project, BlueBells Mlolongo. In addition to the construction industry, she is also respected for research review in international discourse. Ms. Odula is a holder of a Bachelor of Architecture from Jomo Kenyatta University and Master of Science in Safety & Risk Management from Heriot-Watt University, Scotland
