Register for the meeting by visiting the ICORCE website, www.icorce.go.ke . There, you can complete the online form and wait for an email confirmation.

 

Please note that the email confirmation will be sent to the email address entered when registering for the conference.

The confirmation email will be sent within 15 minutes of confirming your registration online. If you do not receive the confirmation email please check your junk mail (spam) folder for an email from icorce@nca.go.ke, also remember to add this address to your Safe Senders list. Please contact the secretariat on icorce@nca.go.ke if you still do not find the confirmation.

ICoRCE payments can be done through all major credit cards, bank deposits as well as M-PESA payments. Details of the same are available here.

The fees are inclusive of the 2-day conference pass, lunches, refreshments and networking cocktail/dinner. The accommodation and travel expenses are NOT included in the participation fees.

A plenary is usually a session designed to appeal to all meeting attendees where select speakers engage delegates’ on various dimensions of a subject of interest, normally with an opportunity for QA.

For every paid registration, only one device (computer, laptop, tablet, phone) will be allowed to enter the virtual conference.

Your login information is the email address and password you provided during registration. To login, simply use those details.

There are a number of ways you can interact with each other. These include:

Yes, all live sessions will be recorded and made available for registrants for two months following the event.

We welcome offers of papers for presentation at our conferences provided such papers meet our quality and relevance requirements. Within the home page of the website, you will find a section on Call for papers, which tells you what to do, and when if you are interested to present a paper.

No, you cannot submit the full paper until you get feedback from the ICoRCE secretariat. Changes can be made after submission of the full paper before the deadline of registration. After the deadline, no change in any form will be allowed unless with otherwise prompted by the conference Secretariat.

Yes, you can publish only abstracts in the proceedings. We cannot delete your paper or abstract or upload your modified paper again, once it is included in the proceedings.

Yes, every author will receive written feedback after the conference in the form of a “Paper Evaluation Report” (PER). If your paper is selected for the journal, then you will also receive another written report in the form of “Editorial Review Report (ERR)” To receive ERR, you must send a full paper before the conference.

Yes. This however applies only in instances where a request for information regarding the event is made in writing. Interested persons are however encouraged to visit www.icorce.go.ke as a lot of information regarding the event is readily available.
