Dr. Daniel Mutegi Giti holds a Doctor of Philosophy, Master’s degree in Urban Management and Post Graduate Diploma in Housing Administration (PGDHA) from the University of Nairobi and BA Geography major from Egerton University. He is a Certified APMG Public Private Partnerships (PPP) expert/professional and practitioner. He is a Lead expert and practicing member of the Environment Institute of Kenya (EIK) and NEMA registration member number 8194. He has been trained in many areas of expertise like Environmental Impact Assessment and Audit (EIA/EA), Strategic Leadership Development Programme, Senior Management, Infrastructure Management, Internal Project Management and Resource Mobilization, Project Planning and Management.

He is widely published on areas like PPPs, Governance, development, and public governance aspects since 2012 and a newspaper columnist. He worked with the State Department for Housing and Urban Development since 2009 and is currently at Kenya Vision 2030.
